Mr. Gallant is an Operating Partner supporting the Healthcare and Technology teams, having joined WCAS in 2008. He is responsible for helping portfolio companies identify and implement operational improvement initiatives through a variety of cost management strategies including supply chain, procurement, real estate, insurance and healthcare benefits. Mr. Gallant also works on diligence for new investments, identifying key operational risk and value creation opportunities. He sits on the WCAS ESG Committee and supports portfolio companies’ sustainability and energy management programs. Before joining WCAS, he worked at Bell Canada as Vice President of Procurement and held various leadership positions at IBM and Baxter Healthcare.
