Ms. Guyton is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, having joined WCAS in 2021. Ms. Guyton also serves as a Managing Director of Health System Investments at The Health Management Academy (“The Academy”), an affiliate of WCAS. She focuses on building partnerships with leading health systems and other industry members around WCAS investments, including co-investment syndicates, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships. The Academy is a strategic partner of WCAS that provides research, growth support services, knowledge sharing and leadership development to health systems and healthcare companies. Prior to joining WCAS, Ms. Guyton was a strategic investor in healthcare, investing on behalf of health systems, health insurance providers and the companies that serve them. She worked as an investor at Health Velocity Capital, in M&A and new product development at The Advisory Board Company and in the investment banking division of Raymond James.
