Mr. Watson is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, where he leads the technology-related aspects of both due diligence and portfolio company value creation. He formally joined WCAS in 2021 but has supported multiple WCAS companies (including US Anesthesia Partners, Springstone and Abzena) over the past five years as a consultant or interim CIO, assisting with ERP rollouts and technology infrastructure upgrades. Prior to joining WCAS, he was Founder of Kinetic Services. Previously Mr. Watson served in several executive technology roles at healthcare companies, including as CTO at Ascend Learning, CIO at Aramark Healthcare Services and Senior Director at United Healthcare. Mr. Watson has also provided IT leadership in CRM companies as CIO of Verint and VP and General Manager at Convergys.
