Mr. Ouyang is a Principal, having joined WCAS in 2015. Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. Ouyang worked as an investment professional at H Partners and Warburg Pincus. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Gleacher Partners.
